I was grateful the extra effort I recieved from all members of the doctors team, this included the doctor himself. Being mobile impaired leaves business outings a large struggle. With out embarrcment or judgment I got some of the best care from all staff. I'll look forward to returning to their office once my glasses come in.

I’m waiting on my daughters glasses and when I called up there yesterday they told me that they have sent them back and now it’s gonna be 2 more weeks before my daughter gets them and they are very rude up there and when they answer phones you can tell how rude but the moment you get rude back they tell you that they will cancel everything it’s pathetic

I saw this doctor twice because I was suffering from recurrent corneal erosions. At best he gave me unhelpful, at worst harmful advice and treatments. The first time I saw him he told me I didn’t have to bother using the preservative free drops. On this advice I tried to use the regular ones and they burned my injured corneas terribly. He insisted I needed glasses even though my corneas were unhealed, that the eye strain was causing the erosions. Tried to go to him for losing vision in my eye. He just kept telling me how garbage my glasses were and kept putting me down and rushing an eye prescription when I told him "I can't identify any letters." He tried telling me "maybe your vision has always been like this and you're just now noticing." I think I would notice that I'm going blind. Thought I was okay till it got worst. Went to an actual ER and was hospitalized for it for 5 days.. Very very rude

Poor bedside manner. He wouldn't listen spent maybe 5 to 10 min in the exam with me, telling me how wrong I was when I tried to answer his questions.
