Purchase a slightly used 2023 Ford bronco. The sales staff the management and the service department have been extraordinarily courteous and helpful and I’ve gone above and beyond.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my husband were completely disgusted by Donna (I believe her to be the service manager or a manager of some sort) she was extremely rude and had an attitude towards my husband while there and after we left. I bought my 2019 F150 new in June of 2020. I drove there from High Point to look at a V8. By the time I arrived it had been sold. The salesman said that he had an ECO boost on the lot. I stated that I did not want an ECO Boost because of the turbos and potential for problems down the road. He stated that as long as I got the oil changed there every 5,000 miles the powertrain has a lifetime warranty. So I looked at it and went for a test drive. Everything was great.
