I took my vehicle here for a simple tire rotation and supposedly Free oil change from last visit I would have hoped I would had learned with that experience before, but we live and we learn! Dealing with this place has been abysmal and I highly regret not going to another dealership to purchase my vehicle. I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from them back in October of 2023. I initially came down there from two hours away to look at a Ford Edge, but when I realized it wasn't big enough for my family, they talked me into the Explorer instead. Thought I would call and inquire about a car based on the pricing online. That was a joke. Online pricing has very sneaky as well. For every car on their website they have a "disclaimer" that the price is based off a $750 trade in and a $750 dealer fee which means the price you "see" is not what the price actually is. This is the first sign that you don't want to do business with these guys.
Purchase a slightly used 2023 Ford bronco. The sales staff the management and the service department have been extraordinarily courteous and helpful and I’ve gone above and beyond.
