We recently purchased a home at Esplanade By The Islands. Our sales representative was Lisa Gaffney, and she was excellent…excessable to answer questions, accommodating, followed up on issues, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. Great home , great community, and an excellent r Taylor Morrison representative.
Still trying to get drywall and shower fixed 90 days after moving into the newly built home.
Has been a fight- tooth and nail- since pre contract. Present day STILL nothing done about pre move in issues. Shower is leaking, drywall rotting. All under warranty- yet all that's happened is I've missed 4 days of work for repairs that don't happen.
Closed on my home in Starkey Ranch 4-1-2022. No Aprils fools joke could be crueler. The building process was painful. All I heard were outright lies and excuses. Fine, closed on a Friday. Was given the wrong keys and thankfully someone had left a door open so I could get into my new half+ million dollar home. Had a laundry list of walkthrough issues that I am still trying to get resolved. No one Gives a shit. Management points fingers likes its the freaking 3 stooges. Everyone passes the buck. We are building a home in Esplanade at Azario. - This whole process has been a series of construction missteps, poor time management, and extremely poor project management. All fairy avoidable issues. And on top of that today was supposed to be our closing and they didn’t apply to have the CO early enough and we missed our closing date. This was just icing on the cake of a very bad experience. I wouldn’t even give them one star at this point.
Taylor Morrison warranty team is horrible. Please do your due diligence before purchasing a home with TM
All past reviews we can ditto and add more to in Esplanade Tradition, Port Saint Lucie. Horrible experience. We all left we over priced, new FIXER UPPERS!
Not only does this company do shoddy work but are also unethical. My husband and I were building a home in Solivita in Kissimmee. The home had so many issues like a major crack in the foundation going left to right and up and down due to hydrostatic pressure. The house was missing a rebar trusses were not secured approximately just to name a few building problems. They told us all was normal cracking. Worse was Polk county approved it even after we provide our building inspector’s report and provided pictures. Now for the ic... read more
