Professional Group This is a comprehensive group of doctors. I use Dr. Bradford for my contacts and have always been extremely pleased. The practice is pretty busy but it is usually timely to get an appointment. Excellent choice for comprehensive eye care.
'Muzak'ical chairs Some very nice and attentive staff navigate you through various stations to evaluate your eye health until you finally reach the pinnacle! The ophthalmologist at last! A very impersonal mechanical process peppered with some highly qualified professionals. A lot of waiting.
1 wheelchair accessible room, mother is too short for their lens thing, assistant really doesn’t know what she is doing. Mother is in pain and ready to go back to her nursing home. Over 2 hours and still haven’t seen a doctor. Haven’t been told how much longer this would take. Ridiculous.
Appt was over an hour ago - no one has bothered to tell us anything. I asked at the 45 minute mark and was told ‘running behind’. Last appt here for sure.
Just wanted to say something about the employees at this place. Each employee that we encountered was the nicest person I've ever seen in a doctors office. They were all so nice, friendly and helpful. I especially noticed this small young lady with glasses that wore her hair up, I think she works for Dr. Mitchell, she had a smile on her face the entire time we were there even though she did not assist us in any way I noticed that she was just so pleasant to all her patients.
