Dr. Swan and Dr McFaden are great and out of 6 family members who are patients, we highly recommend these doctors. However, the assistants and checkin staff are lacking in simple customer service etiquette; I’ve never been that the ones who work with me don’t give quick and accusing comments. They seem rushed and they have no time for you to simply answer the question asked.
