Dr.Dominique and Dr.Carl are THE BEST!!!! I had dental work done yesterday for the first time in years due to a bad experience. I discussed my fears and concerns previously with Dr.Dominique. Even though it had been nearly a year since she and discussed those issues she REMEMBERED! She listened and she took the time to do what was needed to make me feel comfortable during my visit. RecommendedDr. Dominique and her husband performed what I felt like was the most scariest procedures I’ve ever had done. Not only are they friendly, but caring. I’ve been going though the process of a dental implant all year and let just say, it’s finally done and I’m extremely happy. Through the whole process I felt no pain or discomfort. These people are so caring, I received a call at 8 pm to make sure that I was ok. I recommend them
Appointment was made weeks in advance, I arrived there to check in and I was told that they were fully booked and could NOT fit me in because I didn’t confirm appt. I never called to cancel it, which mean I was coming. I got paperwork mailed to me, but was told the number on file was not correct. None of it makes sense to me, it appears they overbooked. Surely will not be going back, very inconvenient!
They care more about collecting the money from you than taking care of the patience needs. I've been going for about a year, within this time I have experienced more problems than results. The last several months I have been having pain in ONE particular tooth, which by the way is still an issue. Instead of diagnosing the correct issue, a trial and error is performed at the patience expense. I have made many trips to this dentist than I have in my entire life without positive results. Love the way we were treated from the time I made the phone call Friday until getting my tooth pulled today. Office staff was very nice. The office is clean and I loved the soothing soul music, highly recommend. Dr. Carl Shamburger was very humble, nice and Professional 5 stars
They provide a warm and welcoming environment. All of the employees are happy to help with anything. Dr. Carl and Dr. Dominique are the greatest and very gentle with your teeth.
