I love my little apartment. I've been very lucky with my upstairs neighbors. They've been pretty quiet. When I have an issue in the apartment, Gretchen has had it fixed. I feel very lucky to have this place.
Worst place to live, the manager will try to enter your unit with no notice, tell you that you can vape on the property and write you up for it. She will Harass you and when you bring it to metros attention she will Retaliat against you and try to evict you. There is alot of tenants here that are looking for new places to stay because she discriminates against certain people.
