Community PSA just found mold in my AC unit, took the cover off and it’s INFESTED with it. I suggest you do the same now if you’re a current resident or if despite all the reviews you decide you want to try to live here, do this on your walk through. I don’t know how long I’ve been breathing this in and they no longer make these units (because they’re awful as it is but at least it’s something?) so I doubt they’re going to get me a new one � my lease is up in November let’s see if I can make it between the moldy AC unit, the... read more

Do not live here! My roommate and I were there for 2 years because the location was convenient. ALL of the windows were old and falling apart, and the utility bills were outrageous. It wasn't worth it. There is no insulation, they raised the rent every year, and gouge you for money whenever they can. We were told that there was a non refundable deposit in the beginning, as well as pet fees. It is now months after we moved out that I find out that we "owe them money" by checking my credit score.
