1 star is too high of a rating. Managers have repeatedly lied about resolving issues. Maintenance is absolutely terrible. Cops are in complex all the time. Cars get broken into regularly. Constantly walking through clouds of weed smoke with my kids when I get home. Pet areas are unusable because they are disgusting.
