I’ve lived here since July 2025 and when I moved in my AC unit wasn’t working. Made a call to the emergency maintenance, they replaced it within an hour or two. My fridge went out and it was replaced the same day I made the call. Miguel, the onsite maintenance manager, is always friendly when I see him out and about. Steven, property manager, is always on top of things and even if I don’t receive a call back regarding something, I know he’s on top of it. Please do not give these people your money
Worst experience in my life i was in a studio and had to move due to mold and animals clawing through the ceiling, I told the office about this no one came out. They are never in the office when they are supposed to be they never answer phones the problem got worse and the squirls Got in the apartment left a hole in the ceiling, causing it to crumble down in the shower and after they moved me to a 1 bedroom untill the problem was solved but Instead, they started charging me extra for the one bedroom transfer when I did not a... read more
