Worst experience in my life i was in a studio and had to move due to mold and animals clawing through the ceiling, I told the office about this no one came out. When you come down Smokey Row towards Hard Road, the first unit you see that faces Smokey Row looks like a hoarding situation on the front porch. Boxes, trash covering the whole thing. Do the property managers not pay attention to this, enforce any sort of rules in the lease, try to get that resident help? Really good look for the community right there off of a road that gets a lot of traffic. That unit REALLY stands out from the road!!!
I just moved in and the manager is amazing! Steven worked with me all the way through the process!
