Great community!!! The leasing office staff very attentive and professional. I’ve been here since 2020, maintenance never disappoints. The residents in the community are very nice and friendly.
Submitted my application for renting out an apartment here, the application fees is an astounding $150. After my screening being completed and cleared. I had to call confirming if we are good to go with the lease, Cristina confirms we are. But we two days before our move in date, she tells us that our lease cant be generated coz all our previous landlords from the past 3 years have to fill a form and submit to Montgomery Club Apartments, else we wont be able to move in.
