I went to Montgomery Autohaus to have a reduction pulley put on my R53 Mini Cooper S. I really liked the staff. Edgar was helpful, honest, and immediately cut my price in half when a special part they needed for the job broke. It caused the service to take an extra day, which was a little inconvenient because I needed the car, but I know things happen and they really went the extra mile to accommodate. I was not able to pay as soon as my 04 Mini Cooper was fixed and Edgar helped me by giving me a couple of extra days to pay. The owner was not pleased to wait, but understood my situation. My car runs like a dream and I am very grateful for their consideration of my situation. Thanks Autohaus!
