I have had good visits with the Wetumpka mental health. The lady who works front desk has always been helpful to me as well as other staff. The only issue I have is bout a month ago they said they didn’t have a doctor the one who prescribes the medicine . Have not received a phone call yet saying that have a new doctor. I’ve tried calling several times and I get no answer so before I run out of medicine I’m going to have to physically go up there to get some answers

I was referred to this place by my doctor after being put on medication. I had to wait three months for an intake appointment, which in my opinion is ridiculous but I understand that places like that can be booked out. My appointment was today, I called this morning to reschedule because I had an unexpected family emergency and would not be able to be on my phone to do the intake appointment.
