Just absolutely clueless they wont be open or state funded for much longer just everywhere you go in prattville for a casual appointment or a phone call its always a problem from attitudes to shot out systems and policies and they all have prattville police on speed dial if you want to ask any questions they dont like!! So they dont have to understand or handle a real life situation they can just press charges instead

LADY AT FRONT DESK WITH THE THREE STRANDS OF HAIR IS RUDE, SHE TALKS TO PATIENTS AND PARENTS LIKE SHE IS ABOVE THEM , HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO TREAT MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS, CANCELS APPOINTMENTS 10 MINS PRIOR , ALWAYS OUTSIDE SMOKING CIGARETTES,BRAGS ABOUT BEING THE CEO’S COUSIN, WOW…POOR CHOICE OF A FAMILY MEMBER TO HAVE AT YOUR FRONT DESK RUNNING THINGS, FACILITY HAS NO CONCERN FOR PATIENTS, 7 APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED WAITING ON MY DAUGHTER TO HE SEEN, IM ENRAGEDDDDDDD!!!!!
I’m very disappointed in the health care system when it comes to taking care of patients with a mental illness. I have a family member who has been here since 2020 and she is yet to meet her psychiatrist in person. It started off as telehealth visits with the doctor and counselor. No video call but just a phone conversation. Ok, I understood that initially due to COVID. Absolutely worthless... First appointment, I waited an hour before I was seen. Second appointment, I had to walk out. If you are switching doctors because yours retired, look elsewhere They won't continue my medicines that have worked for over 20 years. So, save your money and go ANYWHERE but here..
