Management is not onsite and extremely hard to get ahold of. They take forever, if at all, to fix things.

Don't rent there. There's no manager on the property. If you need something fixed, it takes weeks, even months to get it done. You can't get a hold of the manager, there is residents who don't even know her. Laundry rooms are always dirty, and washer machines are always broken. Units have a lot of problems. You can hear EVERYTHING from other neighbors, and if you live downstairs, it is even worse. There is a roache problem on some units. if i could give these apartments a lower rating, i would. as the other person said, no on sight manager. which in turn means that the people who live in the apartments have absolutely no rules in place. families are loud , there’s nowhere to park, they went months without even mowing the lawns. i truly cannot recommend these apartments any less. even the property manager is extremely rude and refuses to solve any of the issues with the apartments. tenants are volatile, i’ve seen numerous arguments amongst them from things li... read more
