When I call most of the times I'm on hold for 10-20 mins ( I've even taking screenshots of how long I've been on hold to show my doctor. )before someone answers but once they answer I've always had wonderful service.
Best available family Clinique. They are always reasonable with appointment availability and timely once you get there. I cant speak for all the doctors but my particular doctor is hands down the best I’ve ever had.

So this is the third Sundays that I tried to register myself as new patient as fast as I put my email every time please try again next Sunday. I put all info in less than 1 min I am wondering if this system really works even If they said there is nothing wrong with the system. What a joke!! I am bilingual and more ease to speak French so I was happy to have doctors accepting French speaker Very disappointment!!!! Please try to review the way you are accepting new patients.
at 6pm, Ive tried to register as a patient, but the stupid systeme says. No more available appointement, come back next Sunday 6pm. Also, you can't even call the clinic. I dont have $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ but I rather pay in private. 10x better than wait a few months.
