I came to visit Montfort at Madison Park and was greeted by Chastity! She has such a warm and welcoming personality and answered every question that I had. She’s very knowledgeable about the property and seems like a joy to be around. Montford Park, you guys have yourself a gem with her.
Chastity was excellent in helping me select my new apartment home! The community is beautiful and I especially loved the fact that the property was being painted during my tour. It shows they care about the community! The pool and fitness center are also amazing and I can’t wait to use the outdoor grills this summer!
Would give 0 if I could. Do NOT live here. I’ve lived here since 2020, and this apartment complex has gone completely downhill. What happened to me was the final straw. My 2022 Kia Sportage was stolen from this property late the night of June 7 / early morning June 8, sometime between midnight and 1 AM. My car has never been recovered. What makes this even worse is where it was stolen from it was parked on the first floor of the parking garage in the spot closest to the package lockers, roughly 50 feet from my apartment door... read more
