This company was hired as the plumbing sub for a radical remodel of a 60s residence(new supply lines, removal of a portion of old cast iron drain from beneath slab with PVC substitution, etc). Aspects of the service was more than acceptable including the bid price. Substandard performance issues were as follows: 1) Installation of new tankless HWH was without the required service valves which I had provided and the workman walked away with.
