If I could give 0 stars I would. The property in Tampa is a joke. There aren't any maintanance men. We moved in 2 months after being approved and our apartment was as if the person moved out and then they moved us in. They never painted or even cleaned the apartment. They had 2 months to prep our place for move in. We are being charged for an "upgraded" apartment and ours is not clearly updated. Paying for ammenities we cannot even use. This owner clearly doesnt care about this property.
