I’ve eaten at many Mexican restaurants and I’ve never been served chips and salsa the way this place does. We were given pretty overfried chips and 2 bottles of liquid that I thought may be toppings for our entrees. After several minutes, my husband asked the lady at the counter when the salsa would come out and she said that those were salsa, that they serve it that way. They have a sign hanging by the kitchen that says something like, "we are not fast food. Great food takes time..." I couldn't agree more. We had delicious fish and shrimp tacos and they took a little time but we're totally worth it.
