I had a small front fender problem and a scratch on my hood. My insurance deductible was $500, but it happened in a parking lot and probably wouldn't be covered. My agent told me to go to Monte's and yesterday I took my car over there. They asked if I could hang around 15 minutes and took my car around to the back of their store. 10 minutes later, a mechanic drove my car to the front.
