It’s now been about three years since my original review, and I wanted to come back and give an updated perspective after spending even more time living here. Overall, I still genuinely enjoy living at Monterey Village. One thing I can honestly say is that the office staff has improved tremendously compared to when we first moved in. The current team — Jenifer, Mecca, and Tia — have been patient, professional, and much more attentive to residents’ concerns. Monterey village is home. Jen and Mecca and the office staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable with anything when Iam in need of help. They make my transition so effortlessly not stressful annd always willing to help when I have a question. Thank you Jen and Mecca and the team at Monterey village for all you do!

Like paying for water that gets shut off once a week every week for hours on end, sometimes with no warning? THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
