I moved in 6/24/26 and Its been interesting. Nearly every day im woken up at around 6am. Today, tuesday, its the leafblowers. They leaf blow so carelessly they uprooted my potted plant. Monday and Friday it was garbage trucks. Maintenance seems to be a thing they give you 24 hours notice for but they use that 24 hours like is a 3-5 day notice. i gave my inspection sheet the day after i moved in, it was a tuesday. I didn't have someone come until the next Thursday, i told them they could come Friday the next day, no one came ... read more

It’s now been about three years since my original review, and I wanted to come back and give an updated perspective after spending even more time living here. Overall, I still genuinely enjoy living at Monterey Village. One thing I can honestly say is that the office staff has improved tremendously compared to when we first moved in. The current team — Jenifer, Mecca, and Tia — have been patient, professional, and much more attentive to residents’ concerns.
