Extremely poor customer service and horrible communication with residents. They say they will call you back and noone does. I was over charged on my water bill and had been disputing it for 4 months and instead of getting help, they charge me late fees even though the property manager agreed for me to short pay the bill until the issue got resolved.
This management company does not pay their contractors.
Please reconsider if you are thinking of renting here. These apartments are so outdated the building inside and outside is falling apart. These apartments are not fit for anyone especially if you have children and your family. You are better off paying more for your apartment because you will get what you pay for. The rent here is so cheap again you get what you pay for. The laundry room is always out of order because the management here doesn't care about their tenants.
