Mostly What I Love About The Monterra Villas It Is Kid Oriented,It Is Safe,Stays Clean also The Office Manager Ms. Kema Caters To Her Tenants Needs,No Matter Time Of Day,She Is Awesome!
Manager Yakeema Allen is VERY professional & kind. Also she is very acknowledging. The community is very nice & quiet. I would definitely recommend this property.

RecommendedI’ve lived in the area for 3 years. Great community it’s peaceful and a good environment to live in. The manager is absolutely the best she comes in and gets the job done with no hesitation at all. We have the perfect manager for the right community.
the manager is amazing, kind, and will make sure you are living comfortable. I have had no problems in the 2 years years living here. Highly recommend these apartments.
