Despite all the negative reviews I just wanted to come on here and say Anthony and Vivian are amazing, they are always friendly and very attentive. Attitude goes a long way!! The maintenance crew has always made repairs by the following day or sometimes even on the same day. Good job guys.
Wiiiiiiid treatment for no reason … we tried so many ways to be nice to them I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff's unprofessional behavior. Their rudeness was unwarranted, and they imposed excessive fees in an arbitrary manner. Throughout my tenancy, I consistently met my obligations, paid on time, and maintained a clean living space. This place has the worst customer services ever. The manager never gives her face. This is why the leasing agents feel like they can be managers or have to act like managers. Anthony Arispe the leasing agent has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was going to lease here but thanks god I didn’t. I was already feeling a little weird how old the building look on the inside, but I was still considered because the location. Run from here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management has the worst attitude and is extremely unhelpful. They lie about fees and don’t fix anything in the building. Anthony and Vivian are great! As are the maintenance and support teams.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible and the management is worse. They lie about fees and charge you more at move out than what they tell you. Fire alarms go off once of a month. The side gates don’t lock so it’s not safe. They claim they’ll come in to repair or confirm everything is safely up to code but never do. The elevators are always broken. The freight elevator was broken for more than 6 months
