The front office is exceptional especially Vivian and Anthony, and the location is very nice and quiet.
Very friendly maintenance workers. Staff not so much. Know that when you rent here you will NOT receive your deposit and a bill on top of that. Even if your move out check-list is perfectly executed. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to a racoon 🦝. If you do, expect electric bills in 350-450 range during winter mos.
Rats are in the balconies!!!!! I can’t wait to move to this place! I am so scary and disgusting with this situation. Always I said good opinions about this place for more is old complex but is unacceptable have rats. Me and my sister we saw that during the last months and not just one!
