Maintenance is very communicative and resolves requests quickly. Great place to live.
Brandon from Monterra’s maintenance is nothing short of wonderful. We had a few areas of maintenance needed in our apartment and Brandon so quickly jumped on them and resolved our issues timely. Additionally, he maintained great communication throughout the process with calls checking a good time to come by, if we still needed assistance, so on and so forth. My favorite thing about living here is how fast the maintenance people answer, Brandon is the best. I submitted a service and in less then a day I got a response to see when I was available. They are also really flexible with the hours for maintenance calls which is good for my husband and I who work all day. Thanks Brandon.
