Good location, good facilities, apartment was clean when we moved in, and maintenance/help desk are extremely efficient and helpful
We were disappointed to see that several issues in our daughter’s apartment went unresolved for months after she moved in. Despite her reaching out shortly after moving in to report a broken toilet, a cabinet door falling off, and a broken towel bar, the problems persisted for over five months without being addressed. Maintenance is very communicative and resolves requests quickly. Great place to live.
Brandon from Monterra’s maintenance is nothing short of wonderful. We had a few areas of maintenance needed in our apartment and Brandon so quickly jumped on them and resolved our issues timely. Additionally, he maintained great communication throughout the process with calls checking a good time to come by, if we still needed assistance, so on and so forth.
