So far we had the best experience possible. Office is nice, always down to help and respond quickly. The best part it’s the maintenance. CHASE is the best maintenance guy that we ever had. Nice, polite, know what is doing, quick and always positive! Great work for real! Highly recommend this place! 🤌

Good location, good facilities, apartment was clean when we moved in, and maintenance/help desk are extremely efficient and helpful
We were disappointed to see that several issues in our daughter’s apartment went unresolved for months after she moved in. Despite her reaching out shortly after moving in to report a broken toilet, a cabinet door falling off, and a broken towel bar, the problems persisted for over five months without being addressed. However, during a recent visit, we were pleasantly surprised by the quick action taken after we contacted Miranda, the property manager.
