Terrible experience by this combat veteran. Sales agents lied and misinformed me about multiple facts regarding the sales process. Then, their in house loan provider gave me pre-approval for a VA loan with a house debt to income ration of close to 59% and then understated the real estate and insurance rates by close to $250. I will be homeless on the 31st of May, because of the time I wasted looking at homes and going through the new home process with terrible shark agents and predatory lending practices. Even though these homes are built beautiful from the outside in they are on top of each other no front yard no backyard and no room between the houses if you have company there is no parking dude unless you're violating your neighbors parking so I would definitely not by our pay that kind of money to live on top of my neighbor
