Do not move here! There is little to no upside to living here. A few days before we were supposed to move in, the former manager, Stephanie, called to tell us our unit would not be available because the previous tenant was still living there. When I asked why the tenant had not been given notice or why authorities had not been contacted, she explained that her son was in the hospital and she was unaware of the situation. Son moved in and likes the place. Renovations are being done so it's a little busy in different areas. Document everything they tell you. Son forfeited everything when he left suddenly. Had to spend a lot of my own money to get away from this place.
Some of the leasing staff are rude and unfriendly. If you can't be friendly and acknowledge everyone with the same respect maybe you should find another job.
