If you're considering moving here, do yourself a huge favor and keep looking. This is, without question, one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced. Comfy place at a reasonable price. Jason in the office REALLY CARES and is REALLY HELPFUL when there's a concern or need. Jose' came over and did a GREAT JOB on the noisy fridge and leaky shower knob, even clearing out space in the closet behind the shower and putting everything back exactly how it was when the job was done.
Went for a tour today and it was a great one Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained all the information and the apartments and property was nice and peaceful.
Me and my son and gf and 2 service dogs woke up to carbon monoxide poisoning alarms with 287 ppm reading, personally purchased them for this situation. Thanks for asking me to provide the office with personal security footage of cars broken into but not help me with a disorderly tenant and an vicious aggressive dog that's registered as an ESA so she could stay on the property after a complaint and video sent into the management.
