I would give zero stars if I could. I've experienced the most terrible customer service at this mechanical shop. I called the owner, Tony, to schedule an appointment to check the issues underneath my car. I explicitly told him that he needed to lift my car up with his hoist for the inspection. Tony agreed to that and set up the time and date for my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I called Tony to let him know I was about to leave, and he said OK.
