Office horrible, I couldn't schedule my first appointment by phone
Waited 35 minutes then called to go to exam room with another patient When nurse noted that only one exam room was available she asked me to go out to the waiting room and wait again. I left without seeing the physician. Poor office staffing means insufficient thouroughness at the top level. I would rather have a hernia than an infection.
After a lengthy delay, Dr Montero finally performed surgery resulting in the removal of a vein which caused a lrecurring lump on the left side of my neck. He NEVER discussed the possibility of cutting a I experienced numbness on my left shoulder on the left side of the neck and a pulling sensation. he repeatedly said nothing he did would cause this numbness or pulling and it would take a year to recover to normal. He was Very Defensive A year later NO CHANGE I should have gotten a 2nd opinion
