They are very nice and helpful. They should allow for a little more time in between appointments Although I do not mind waiting for I know that I too will receive as much time as needed when it is my turn and have never had a reason to complain about anything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
