Joe is very professional, meticulous and precise. He goes through every document twice and then the third time to be sure all the "T's" are crossed and "I's" are dotted. Very happy with his service and would highly recommend him. Plus, he can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. That was a huge factor why we chose him to be our notary.
