Had a wonderful experience here at the Monterey Villas! They work so kindly with you and my family and i really loved our beautiful townhome. Its such a great area to live in and you also get to enjoy a beautiful pool as well as a gym to work out in with so much equiptment. Its so beautiful and green with friendly neighbors. Ben with their community relations team is awful. My family was shown a unit covered in feces and his response was that that’s okay??? Run from anything Essex.
Yesterday, at Monterey Villas, a very proficient crew came to install new smoke alarms and CO 2 sensors in all of the apartment/homes. I came home and everything was installed. The maintenance team, John and Chris, are excellent. They communicate clearly and complete work orders in a timely manner. I never have to wait long for maintenance requests to be addressed. They are always professional, courteous, and respectful. I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work and truly appreciate their efforts.
Monterey Villas is an excellent community to live. I have lived here for many years and have nothing but great things to say about living here. The kind staff is always available and ready to help. They have the greatest maintenance team who are so friendly, professional and any repairs I have needed are responded to immediately.
