Verified Renter Excellent complex. I just had my friends tour some units. The utilities are way too expensive but that is the only problem here. It's safe, and friendly. The pool area is beautiful, I washed my dog in the dog washing station, the pool has just been redone, my deck looks out on flowers and hummingbirds! No need to move out. Also my closet is huge and I have very high ceilings and lots of charm. I live alone with a small doggie and we are happy here. Minutes to all surrounding towns.

A cute little home I have loved living here! It’s generally quiet and has all the essentials (shopping and dining) within walking distance. I love that it’s a pet friendly apartment, which means I am always meeting new dog and cat friends :) Nancy and Ericka are the leasing agent and community manager. They do a great job of keeping the club house well stocked with snacks and are always so kind when I stop in for a coffee! The complex is pretty good at getting maintenance requests done right away. Verified Renter The units are old, energy inefficient, and lack basic appliances such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, or even a microwave. I’ve had better furnishings in apartments half the size. The heating element doesn’t heat the bedrooms so you will need a space heater to sleep. Expect to hear full conversations from your neighbors through the walls.
