I don't typically write negative reviews but I definitely want to share my honest experience so others are aware before booking a room here. My husband and I stayed here last year and everything was OK. We recently went back and we were very disappointed. The sheets had spots on them and when we requested new bedding, the front desk merely provided another sheet. There were spots on the actual mattress and hair in the shower. I managed to get a great price for four nights in early June and was even given an additional small discount by the person with whom I spoke on the phone. When I arrived, I was told, “That individual no longer works here, and I’m not authorized . . .” And so on. It was a small amount although clearly stated on my receipt.
