After my cleaning, by Daphne, Dr. Landon came in and asked me "How are things going?" Since my father was at that moment dying in a hospital, it would have been a profanation of sorts to just respond with the conventional "Fine." Instead I gave Dr. Landon and Daphne some of the details. After Dr. Landon expressed his sympathy and left, I told Daphne a few more details. I couldn't have been more pleased with Dr. Falkel and his staff, from a cheery Sonia at the desk to greet you to Melissa who assisted Dr. Falkel and did x-rays and Angela who cleaned my teeth. They are a personable group of people who performed their functions while still being friendly and fun in their conversations. Great job and I'll actually look forward to returning.
