I would give the Orthopedists and Physician Assistant each a 5 star review. However, when it comes to their front office staff of medical assistants, this office completely falls short on professional care. I had to get referred to have an MRI and it took 4 phone calls and 5 days for their staff to even fax over the request. Then I found out they didn't even contact my insurance to get an authorization, so I had to wait another 3 days. Dr. Klassen and his staff were very nice and professional. Dr. Klassen helped me with getting the right treatment plan for my knee injury. He explained to me what was going on with my knee and the best way that we can get it fixed. I would recommend him to anyone
