They always treat me right. I deal with service at least once a month for my m/c needs. Always a good experience with Jeff and Emma. These two really know their stuff and they are always personable. The times I have spoken with sales and parts hasn't been as often, but those guys are good too. As stated in another post, sales people are very low key, absolutely no pressure. I always get the feeling they just dig bikes- like the rest of us.
I bought a Suzuki vStrom here in Sept 2013. No pressure sale. Nobody follows you around like a vulture, yet when I had questions, I got answers. Nice trade in offer. Service after the sale is excellent and professional. I now have 19k on this bike. Brought it in for valve/chain/rear tire/filter. Excellent crew in the service bay and parts.
