I brought my husband in for chest pain and they told him he had to wait while they registered him. He sat there for 5 minutes before we left and I took my husband to an actual medical facility where the employees were not pretending to be healthcare workers. I understand the triage and prioritization process and chest pain is one that should be taken seriously. My husband had a serious cardiac event but my gratefulness is directed to the medical professionals that took care of him at another hospital.
My name is Joseph Wright. I was admitted into Monterey Park Hospital on April 20th and released April 22nd. While I was there I received exemplary attention from RNs Vivian, Helen, and Krysten. Your Hospital is only as good as your personnel and I feel it is my responsibility to bring these caring professionals to your attention. Also thanks to Oneida and Mercedes, vital signs personnel, for their efforts to make me as comfortable as was possible. Thank you all for your kindness and consideration.
