PLEASE READ. Dealing with D.R. Horton has been a nightmare, and I wish I never bought this place. All the news about their legal battles due to construction defects is true! This section of the community is next to a train station, which is very loud, and you can feel the vibration of the trains, even in the middle of the night - of course, they don't tell you this during the selling process, no mention of the train next to the houses. It’s been horrible! Think more than twice before buying. It’s loud all day Monday to Friday because the sunrail station is next door, (you will not miss a train that’s for sure) and by night you wake up at 3am because the entire house vibrates with the Amtrak and cargo trains. This could have been partially resolved by putting noise cancellation windows, but the windows are low quality!. Sadly, this is one of the many issues with this development.
