There is a neighbor who plays loud music regardless of the time, which I hear though I'm living in a different building next to their unit. They play music even during the night time (10pm-7am). I have filed tons of complaints through the security on duty, but nothing has been changed. Calling a cop doesn't do anything either. HOA has NO interest in making an enjoyable community environment. As a resident services are limited but on property but easily guided through on-line
Water is always going out. Women that works the front desk at hoa is so rude and nasty. Pools are gross and work out room is trash and treadmills need to be fixed.i think most of these reviews on here are from people who work there so don’t pay attention.
Very clean and quiet. Twenty-four hour guards- gated community.
Love this place!
