My dad died and I tried to get his stuff from his unit while it was paid, the people told me to come and they would cut the lock. When I came, they said oh I forgot the lock cutting guy isn’t here anymore today so I gave my number to them and said please call me when you can cut it. They never called me but then sent me notice that the unit was overdue and if I wanted the stuff in it I would have to pay extra or have a lien put against it.
