Jaxier the maintenance man does excellent jobs when we have service requests. When a service is completed there is no mess. Cleanness and friendliness from him.

I have the most friendly neighbors as a single woman my neighbors look out for me . My Manager Camyll is super efficient in keeping me update and using the tenant portal . My Maintenance manager Javier waste no time with addressing a maintence request , I truly appreciate him responding after only 1 day of submitting my request . I am pleased with the Monterey Grove Community as a fairly new tenant . On November 23 , 2024 it will make 7 months I have been here . Thank you Joanne Neeley 6098 #105
