I get behind, do my best to pay, suffer a job loss, want to pay 2 weeks out, they cant do that even though I just paid 2 weeks prior so they start saying I'll have to pay attorneys fees and a 30 percent increase on what I owe plus all these other charges and saying how im in possession of stolen property. This place is horrible I had a balance of $19.29 and my direct payment was $17 so I figured I would go ahead and pay it off the extra $2. well they charged me an extra $10 processing fee to pay off that $2 if that's not crooked I don't know what is if you wanna get some money I would definitely suggest you go somewhere else these people or crooks.
Horrible customer service! I have automatic payments set up and was charged an in-sufficient fee. I went into the website to change my bank account info the next day. Another payment was deducted out of that account! Argued with the manager tried to explain to him that I didn’t authorize payment, the system did not recognize that a payment was already taken out! just wanted to change the bank account! They are a huge rip off!!! Don’t use them! Will charge way more than you borrow even if you pay your contract off way early. They send u a confirmation email that they received your payment then days later after u call them every day and they say everything is fine tell u that your payment was declined then try to charge u more money!! Stay away from this rip off company!!!!
Our first loan with them went fine, we paid a ton in interest. This time it's 4 phone calls a day and to our work at 6am even though I had called on a promise to pay. The reason we are behind is they took a couple days to finally charges us and I thought they already had. So now it's a 25 dollar fee then another 10 now another 5 and another 5. I've tried calling all day and they are closed? Thanks for calling so early!?
If I could give this company a zero, I would! My account online said it was closed out 2 months ago, meanwhile they took money out of my account this month!! The customer service representative, Clarissa, was rude and loud over the phone and she did not help with anything. She said I over paid 2$ but I still owed 2 months left. And my account was moved for the 3rd time and a letter was sent to me, which I never received. This company is awful, they don't seem to help, they just push things to the side.
Most rudest inconsiderate company. Jessica was extremely disrespectful. They did nothing to help me. I'm a bride and Alfred Angelo closed down and now I'm stuck paying them for something I will never get. Thanks for nothing!
