Abosolutely total rip off!! These guys are horrible $180 a month leasing fee??? I should have just paid cash for my purchase!! And when asked what my payoff was she tried to rip me off another $100 bucks! Screw this company!!
I was scheduled the payment on APR-16-2020. The Payment scheduled date was Apr-29. When I scheduling payment on Apr-16 the website did not say $10 for scheduled payment. They sent email on Apr-16 in that email they did not mentioned $10 Fees. When check my account Apr-29 They took my scheduled amount +$10 fees. I am computer engineer. I am web-services and Website developer. I am Sure when I Schedule a payment on Apr-16 that website did not not mention service fee ( $10) for Scheduled payment. HORRIBLE COMPANY. They don’t pick up their phones, they tack on extra THOUSANDS of $$
I’ve been able to defer many monthly bills during Covid-19 (ie: house, car), but Monterey refuses to do the same for their customers. Absolutely ridiculous!
These are some thieves. Bunch of money hungry a$$H0l3$. I wouldn't even give them a half a star!!! Beware
Totally unprofessional to deal with even a supervisor does not act professional. Very disappointed in this would not recommend to anyone.
Very unprofessional to not be open during business hours! Very unprofessional to not follow up with your customers on the balance on their accounts! Should definitely be SHUT DOWN!
