Friendly staff, very welcoming! As well as helpful I had a trouble time getting a loan because I was a first time buying thankfully I able approved! It was awesome working with Luis Flores made the process easy, helpful advice!

He was very knowledgeable about the different loan options and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the process easy to understand. Anthony was professional throughout the entire process. I was approved the same day, and by the following day I had already obtained the loan. He provided excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I opened a loan, was given one interest rate then I was offered a different rate somewhere down the line because the car value Versus the loan I was asking for exceeded I got slapped with a higher interest rate without my knowledge without The agent explaining why I was given a higher interest rate, not until I open my paperwork and saw a different interest rate than the two interest rates that I was offered.
