Always on lunch, terrible customer service, they seem angry with the general public and incredibly unhappy to help the people responsible for paying for their livelihood.
These guys obviously don’t do there job lady sits here in front of Home Depot in the parking lot and sells food out of her car no permits no nothing but truck across street can’t sell food in parking lot that has permits hey health department wake up do your job get this lady out of Home Depot parking lot that is selling food out of her car come in the morning can’t miss her she here every day
Very bad service to the public and they violate citizens basic rights.
I went in here to apply for my father in law and was waiting for about 2 hours. I dont really mind the wait but I noticed a lady with a purple shirt with glasses (lynn)at the desk being very rude to an elderly lady with a disability. Its seemed to me that she hates her job and was not very friendly to anyone. I hope someone can properly train these employees of how to become a good desk clerk behind the window and to be patient to people applying for benefits.
