DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Choosing Monterey Construction was the worst possible decision we could have made. Chris said everything we wanted to hear until that first check was signed. We were OVER budget, OVER schedule, and absolutely the worst “management” I have ever witnessed. These guys are glorified schedulers and they couldn’t even get that right. Their entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable as they guided us through the custom build process. Their attention to detail and integrity is second to none.
