I just moved in and the process was so great and simple. Erin from the front office made the moving process easier and was very helpful with all questions. The complex is nice, clean and quiet. Would recomment this apartment complex a 100%!
Monterey is a great and safe place to live. Front desk staff Alyssalyn and Erin are both extremely helpful and kind people. Maintenance is also good and I never had any issues. Staff communication is great and they are all very helpful. I stayed about 4 years at Monterey in 2 different apartments, and both were great to stay in. Neighborhood is safe and gated and offers a nice nature vibe filled with birds and trees.

This apartment is AMAZING! I Love everything! It’s so open and spacious. The high ceilings, large bathrooms, closets and balcony really makes it feel like home. The management members have been spectacular along with the maintenance staff. I highly recommend moving here. It’s the best decision I’ve made in years!
I once lived here and they can’t keep it safe for the people that live there!!! I had someone shoot into my apartment and nothing was done to prevent it from happening again !!! But they will evict you after and then send you a bill for repairs that you didn’t do!!! Not a good place to rent from wouldn’t recommend renting from them … they don’t like it when you call them out on their bs so I guess they’ll send you a bill for something you can’t do because I was asleep when my super safe appointment was shoot into!!!
