There were substantial issues that should have been resolved with better maintenance inspection before our stay. However, Michelle, the main contact point was very responsive in responding to many of those issues including getting a plumber to fix a broken kitchen sink fauce the same day. The IT guy, Massi, was also very helpful in resolving the wifi issue we faced. Overall, I do think the company should do better given the large price increases they are implementing from a year ago.
We had a wonderful stay in Pebble Beach! Michael at Monterey Bay Property Management took care of all our needs ! We will be staying with them again in the future

We stayed at The Monarch in Pacific Grove for a month. Monterey Bay Vacation Rentals made the booking and the stay so easy. Kyle Burritt, our representative, was responsive to our questions. We were very pleased with the maintenance staff too. Shane took care of two items that came up with promptness and good cheer. We've stayed at a Monterey Bay Property Management property in Pacific Grove numerous times. Michelle has been our contact. Usually, you don't have contact with the representative unless something goes wrong -- which has never happened with our rentals. But that speaks to the work Monterey Bay does behind the scenes.
