I just got off the phone with Ashley and she was wonderfully helpful! I had a pretty specific request for a rental property, and she did her best to help me find a place that would suit my needs. Military family with kids and rented with them for 3 years. Our property manager, Kierstan, was amazing and responded to our questions and concerns immediately. All routine maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hours if not same day. Would absolutely rent from them again if we are ever back in Monterey. All around excellent experience. Highly recommended!!
Absolutely phenomenal experience! Mr. Kyle Burritt was responsive, flexible, and on top of anything and everything I had questions about, and did his utmost to make sure all was squared away for me. Stayed for 5 months, and the home made all of it much more enjoyable! 5 stars isn't a high enough rating, fantastic property management!

Stayed at Poipu Bay Getaway on the beautiful Island of Kauai! The house is magnificent, it's like being in your own private resort. Great for a Large family. Furnished beautifully, pool, hot tub, it's like 3 private residences all on the same property. Five minute walk to the Hyatt Regency, several beaches and beautiful natural hikes. Hope to be back soon!
