We stayed at The Monarch in Pacific Grove for a month. Monterey Bay Vacation Rentals made the booking and the stay so easy. Kyle Burritt, our representative, was responsive to our questions. We were very pleased with the maintenance staff too. Shane took care of two items that came up with promptness and good cheer. We've stayed at a Monterey Bay Property Management property in Pacific Grove numerous times. Michelle has been our contact. Usually, you don't have contact with the representative unless something goes wrong -- which has never happened with our rentals. But that speaks to the work Monterey Bay does behind the scenes. The property is always clean when we get there and everything works. During our stays, Michelle texts/emails, encouraging us to reach out if we needed anything or had any issues.
