Absolutely phenomenal experience! Mr. Kyle Burritt was responsive, flexible, and on top of anything and everything I had questions about, and did his utmost to make sure all was squared away for me. Stayed for 5 months, and the home made all of it much more enjoyable! 5 stars isn't a high enough rating, fantastic property management!
Military family woth kids and rented with them for 3 years. Our property manager, Kierstan, was amazing and responded to our questions and concerns immediately. All routine maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hours if not same day. Would absolutely rent from them again if we are ever back in Monterey. All around excellent experience. Highly recommended!!
Stayed at Poipu Bay Getaway on the beautiful Island of Kauai! The house is magnificent, it's like being in your own private resort. Great for a Large family. Furnished beautifully, pool, hot tub, it's like 3 private residences all on the same property. Five minute walk to the Hyatt Regency, several beaches and beautiful natural hikes. Hope to be back soon!
The house was lovely with everything we needed. The location is perfection. We walked the trial right from the house all the way to the aquarium. Addition my there is an adorable downtown within walking with cute shops and restaurants. We loved it. Great for a family.
Great rental, even better customer service. Accommodated an early check-in, and made communication quick and easy. Will repeat.
