I’ve rented homes for 17 or so years from MBP. And always had a good experience. I rented the 4th Tee this September. But, I did request to book again for 2026 and since the prices have gone up, I asked if they would consider a discount. I never heard from Michelle. Not even a comment. Now I see the house has been rented. No problem, I understand the California high prices. But not to get back a response after renting for two months every year for 17 years is bit insulting. I guess my loyal business was not good enough.
