The house was lovely with everything we needed. The location is perfection. We walked the trial right from the house all the way to the aquarium. Addition my there is an adorable downtown within walking with cute shops and restaurants. We loved it. Great for a family.
Great rental, even better customer service. Accommodated an early check-in, and made communication quick and easy. Will repeat.
I just like to know how many people can afford the $59 application fee and a $308 “ Administrative lease fee” (questioning the legalities of that). Like is the renter supposed to pay part of the admin of the property management salary for doing this task? Oh and then, in 1 Marina rental, the $4400 1st month rent AND $5000 security Deposit!!
Rocco was our property manager at Poipu getaway. He has top notch with a great attitude, communication, and work ethic, very service oriented with a smile. We cannot thank him enough for all he did for us. What a great property manager!
It was a delight working with Kyle. He was communicative and responsive and helpful. He was kind and easy to text with. He helped ensure we had everything we needed.
