Our rental of Poipu Getaway was wonderful. Rocco checked us in and let us store our luggage and food in the garage before our check-in time. He was friendly and promptly answered all of questions and texts. He informed us of the tsunami and kept us up to date until it was safe to return to the house. We were shocked and deeply unsettled upon arrival at this home. The listing included 42 photos, yet none showed a massive 30-foot shrine room—filled wall to wall with trophies, paintings, personal photos, and multiple urns belonging to the deceased former homeowner, who we later learned had died in the house. I just got off the phone with Ashley and she was wonderfully helpful! I had a pretty specific request for a rental property, and she did her best to help me find a place that would suit my needs. Unfortunately, they didn't have an available property for the dates I was looking for, but Ashley went the extra mile and gave me the information for two other rental property companies that might be able to help. Military family with kids and rented with them for 3 years. Our property manager, Kierstan, was amazing and responded to our questions and concerns immediately. All routine maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hours if not same day. Would absolutely rent from them again if we are ever back in Monterey. All around excellent experience. Absolutely phenomenal experience! Mr. Kyle Burritt was responsive, flexible, and on top of anything and everything I had questions about, and did his utmost to make sure all was squared away for me. Stayed for 5 months, and the home made all of it much more enjoyable! 5 stars isn't a high enough rating, fantastic property management!
