The property management team for Poipu Bay Getaway were exceptional! Rocco was amazing, and made us feel like family! He was there to help us when we dropped off our luggage and food in the garage before our check-in time, and was very informative when he showed us around the property. We had a wonderful and professional experience with this group & the rep that worked with us. From the beginning of the rental process, Kyle was very communicative and helpful. We stayed in a lovely home in a beautiful location. We were extremely pleased with this company and their property.
We had an amazing stay at Ain't Life Grand in Pacific, Grove, CA! Kyle was accommodating and responsive with any and all issues or questions that popped up. The property was immaculately clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. We would definitely consider using them in the future.
